  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Schedule production for the facility
2. Manage inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, supplies and components
3. Manage completion of physical inventories for RM, Finished Goods and components
4. Manage all plant resources to ensure on time delivery for customer orders
5. Import scrap and production data from Rockware into Application System
6. Manage and implement proper training for all personnel and provide training documents to HR
7. Responsible to maintain time and attendance records for all hourly employees
8. Responsible for all employee management for hourly employees in the facility (including performance reviews and disciplinary action if needed)
9. Complete communication board daily for off shifts.
10. Manage efficient start up and shut down of the plant.
11. Ensure plant is always maintained and operating safely.
12. Have a clear understanding of all Triangle policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed.

Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications 

1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
3. Prior Supervision experience preferred
4. Must be able to read gages. 
5. Must be able to use MS Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
6. Must be able to comprehend and follow a production schedule. 
7. Must be able to speak English fluently. 
8. Must be able to stand and walk throughout the facility for the entire shift.
9. Must be able to operate a forklift and pass a driving and written test.
