Pre-Owned Sales Manager - Phil Hughes Honda
Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader with a passion for the pre-owned vehicle market? Do you have a keen eye for high-quality inventory and proven expertise in vehicle acquisition? We're looking for a top-tier Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team and elevate our used car operations to the next level.
This isn't just a management job; it's an opportunity to own the pre-owned department's success —from the auction lane to the final sale.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership setting.
- Acquisition Expertise is a Must: Demonstrated, successful experience in vehicle acquisition , including sourcing, bidding, and purchasing inventory through auctions, trade-ins, and other channels. You know how to find the right cars at the right price.
- Sales and Profit Mastery: A deep understanding of market trends, inventory management, pricing strategies, and maximizing gross profit per unit (GPU).
- Team Development: The ability to recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Process Driven: Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores and adherence to all dealership and ethical sales processes
Additional Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Education and/or Experience
Must have management experience.
