What You'll Do: Verify stock counts and update inventory records. Spot discrepancies before they become disasters. Help keep shipments moving smoothly and accurately. Responsibilities: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Process orders and manage inventory within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Enter data accurately and correct transaction errors. Handle domestic and international shipping documents. Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate financial processing. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory, administrative support, transportation, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Prior forklift experience Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents. Willingness to learn and support a collaborative team environment.
