Kitchen Team MemberWe are looking for dedicated team members looking to contribute to what Pinthouse creates in the kitchen. We require accurate prep work, positive communication, and confident high-volume service. Our passionate team members follow recipes, understand the flow of service, and report to the management team with clarity and consistency.Responsibilities· Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks· Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in a variety of other kitchen equipment· Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and rules, policies and procedures· Handle, store and rotate all products properly· Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipmentQualifications· Food Handler's Certification· Experience in Kitchen (Preferred)· Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment· Love a high-volume environmentE-VerifyPinthouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify program to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
