As Logistics Management Specialist , you will play a key role in setting up warehouse operations, implementing scalable logistics processes, and ensuring the successful launch of our US distribution center. Working closely with local teams, international headquarters, external logistics partners, and cross‑functional departments, you will help establish reliable operational structures while supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and driving continuous process improvements. Scope/Responsibilities Support the setup and development of warehouse and logistics operations in the US Mentor and develop the warehouse and shipping team Lead daily warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping operations Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics as well as transportation partners Supervise inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse accuracy Support procurement coordination and material availability Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, IT, and headquarters Act as Operations Key User during the Microsoft Dynamics ERP/WMS implementation Drive process improvements and help establish scalable logistics structures #J-18808-Ljbffr
