Job Details Location: Honda - Mission Hills, CA 91340 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.87 - $19.00 per hour Job Category: Automotive Responsibilities Move vehicles to different areas of the dealership throughout the day Assist Sales and Service Managers with inventory management Locate vehicles as they are notified over the radio by dispatch or cashiers Keep Galpin vehicles looking great by washing, detailing, and preparing for customers Park all completed vehicles in the vehicle pick up staging area Contribute to a welcoming environment by keeping all areas clean and tidy Carefully inspect vehicles for cleanliness and readiness for customer delivery or service Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others Assist other team members in tasks as needed Qualifications Valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the US Ability to undergo and pass a preliminary background check and drug screen Experience operating a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions Professional work ethic and high integrity Ability to work as a team and/or independently Open availability from open to close, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Full range of arm motion to wash cars Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including high heat during spring/summer and rain and wind during fall/winter Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel to inspect and clean vehicles, and to reach overhead to clean or retrieve items Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, move vehicles within the lot, and stand or walk for extended periods Ability to maneuver vehicles in tight spaces and park them accurately without damage Ability to assist other team members in tasks that require physical effort, such as moving equipment or setting up displays for special events Benefits Full benefits after 30 days of employment, including Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance 401(k) eligible with employer match Sick Pay Paid Time Off Life insurance Vehicle purchase discounts 20% off at all restaurant locations Employee referral bonuses Advancement opportunities Custom tailored onboarding and cross‑training programs Equal Employment Opportunity At Galpin, we believe that a diverse workforce is a strength to be celebrated.
