Job Description TES Staffing is partnering with a well‑established wholesale beverage distributor that supplies a wide range of beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic products to retailers, bars, and restaurants throughout the region. The company's long‑tenured Controller plans to retire within the next year, and they are seeking someone who can learn the business from the ground up before transitioning into a leadership role. Rather than stepping directly into a Controller position, you’ll spend your first phase immersed in the day‑to‑day accounting functions that drive the business, gaining a deep understanding of operations, financial processes, systems, and industry‑specific accounting practices. As your knowledge and responsibilities grow, you’ll work closely with the current Controller to develop the skills and business insight necessary to eventually assume oversight of the company’s accounting and financial operations.
