Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Details: (Onsite) Temporary from 10/06/2025-10/31/2025; Livescan Required
About the Role:

We are seeking two experienced Accounts Payable professionals to support a department experiencing an increase in workload. These are full-time, on-site positions expected to last 3-4 weeks, with a reassessment of needs after the initial two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices for payment with a high degree of accuracy
• Support the AP team in managing day-to-day transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems
• Assist with general administrative and financial tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in computer systems and data entry
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• Candidates must complete a Livescan background check prior to starting
• Immediate start preferred upon clearance
