Prep Cook (Full-Time) Aubrey Lounge STL | St. Louis, MO Job Summary Aubrey Lounge STL is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Prep Cooks play a critical role in ensuring our kitchen runs efficiently by preparing ingredients, maintaining organization, and supporting the line cooks during service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and wants to grow their culinary skills while being part of a professional and supportive team. Full-time team members can expect consistent hours and opportunities to grow within the kitchen. What You’ll Do Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, portioning, and marinating Follow kitchen recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality Maintain organized prep stations and properly store ingredients Assist line cooks with food preparation during busy service periods Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained Rotate and label food items according to kitchen procedures Support the kitchen team with additional prep or closing tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards Team player with a positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Schedule Full-time hours Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required Why Work at Aubrey Lounge STL?
