Harboroaks seeks a experienced Milieu Supervisor to oversee the milieu and its staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe environment for residents. You will manage day-to-day operations, provide training, and lead staffing decisions to maintain proper ratios and policies across units. The role requires at least a Bachelor's in a human service field and five or more years in behavioral health, including supervisory experience.
