Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state physical therapy license in good standing with the State License Board or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in school-based settings preferred.
• Experience assessing and developing IEP goals and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.
• Ability to maintain compliant documentation consistent with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Client requirement: availability to work a part-time school contract (see Assignment Details).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with elementary and middle school–aged students.
• Prior experience in school districts or educational therapy programs.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Assignment Details

• Part time.
• Orientation on 8/3 and 8/4.
• First day of work: 8/11/26.
• Last day of work: 5/21/27.
• Approximately 72 contract days versus a typical 180-day school year.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide physical therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student progress. Maintain compliant documentation and follow district, state, and federal requirements.
