We build and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure so customers can achieve predictable performance across diverse workloads, from data processing and orchestration to latency-sensitive services. As the TPM for IaaS powering CoreWeave's CPU Compute, you'll lead cross-functional programs that convert product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure. This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive performance/scalability initiatives that underpin high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments.This position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and network services, who excels at building the processes and visibility needed to operate and scale complex, high-throughput platforms.In This Role, You Will:Lead and drive execution for end-to-end technical program management for critical cloud infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectivesDefine program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependenciesPartner closely with engineering, product management, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverablesAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, addressing risks, and ensuring accountabilityFacilitate and influence technical discussions and decisions to align with long-term infrastructure goals and business objectivesDevelop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program deliveryChampion best practices for project and program management, including Agile and other methodologiesStrategically automate and improve day-to-day operations and processesDrive long-term infrastructure roadmaps in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needsWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentStrong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a serviceExceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesProficiency in JIRA, Confluence and other program management toolsStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering resultsProven track record in program management, process definition and improvements and influencing adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizationsAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successesComfortable handling ambiguity and driving clarity; experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and organizationsPreferred:Master's or advanced technical degreeFamiliarity with networking, storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructureComfortable working in a fast moving environment and flexible working with a variety of leadershipExperience driving and leading DevOps initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve development processes, deployment pipelines, and system reliabilityExperience in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)Experience building cloud infrastructure and applicationsWondering if you're a good fit? Come join us!The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).What We OfferThe range we've posted represents the typical compensation range for this role.
