Portfolio Manager

Location: Round Rock, TX

Duration: 7 months

US Citizen, GC Holder and EAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives technology solution delivery team(s) to deliver business system solution(s) to internal/external customers.
• Leads cross-functional team(s), kicks off and manages projects, establishes delivery schedules and drives meetings.
• Drives the solution delivery team(s) and cross-functional team participants to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Capabilities, and Adoption).
• Establishes clear business vision, business value case, program deliverables and timings, for each program that support Digital Channel- Online strategic objectives.
• Produces required lifecycle document(s), schedules timely stakeholder reviews, and delivers phase reviews along with regular weekly updates. Tracks delivery progress, reports status and makes necessary corrections to achieve program objectives. Establishes working relationships and influences/persuades at the Manager, Director, and Senior Director level.
• Manages and communicates program scope modifications using change control guidelines changes post Plan Exit to ensure cross functional/org alignment. Analyzes and reports actual performance vs. Program goals. Drives team to deliver quality results at, or better than, quality goals.

Requirements:

• 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's, or equivalent experience.

Experience To Include:

• Implementing technology solutions in Data Science, Analytics, and Master Data Management.
• Presenting and communicating technical solutions to audiences at all levels, from peers to stakeholders to executives.
• Agile Program Management.
• Ability to travel (10%) as needed.

Preferences:

• Managing Skills Management or Learning Management System deployment projects or programs.
• Skills Based Assignment / Resource Management within Salesforce /Financial Force, SAP, or Oracle.
• Product manager / requirements management experience in leading complex system integrations and dependencies.
• Experience using Data analytics tools like Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI.
• Ability to manage projects / programs using Microsoft Project or other Project Management tools.
• PMI Certification.
