Human Resources Generalist
Pacer Group
The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1-hour break. Responsibilities Handle all employee relations activities. Counsel and coach managers. Be the subject matter expert for HR policies. Own and update HR processes. Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have Ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills Experience with influencing and coaching Ability to work with various personalities Experience working with confidential information Solid foundational HR expertise Education Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required EEOC Compliance We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
