Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Shift :7am-3.30pm

Point of Use (POU) Replenishment Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Point of Use (POU) Replenishment Technician to support inventory management and replenishment activities across multiple customer locations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, replenishing stock, performing cycle counts, processing shipments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Replenishment

·         Manage inventory levels across approximately 100 Point of Use (POU) supply cabinets.

·         Replenish inventory according to established schedules and customer requirements.

·         Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and annual physical inventories.

·         Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or replenishment needs.

·         Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning equipment and inventory management systems.

Shipping, Receiving & Material Handling

·         Receive, inspect, unpack, and distribute incoming shipments.

·         Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately.

·         Verify inventory counts and shipping documentation.

·         Load, unload, stock, and organize inventory within warehouse locations.

·         Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.

Customer Service & Account Support

·         Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

·         Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and inventory requests.

·         Assist with identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.

·         Support account maintenance and customer satisfaction initiatives.

·         Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members.

Compliance & Safety

·         Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

·         Comply with hazardous material handling requirements.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·         Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications

·         High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

·         Previous warehouse, inventory control, distribution, or replenishment experience preferred.

·         Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

·         Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free environment.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer applications.

·         Experience using RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems preferred.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

·         Frequently lift up to 75 lbs.

·         Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

·         Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, push, and pull throughout the workday.

·         Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
