Job Description:

We are looking for an on-site Staffing Recruiter to join our Field Talent Acquisition team! This individual will help us continue to screen and hire our entry-level workforce in our Mt. Juliet Fulfillment full-cycle recruiter high volume who always keeps candidate experience top of responsive to our candidates as well as our hiring managers. What Youll Do:

• Execute recruiting and pipe-lining plans

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needsin order toidentifythe right talent; ensure goals are met.

• Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.

• Juggle multiple priorities with finesse.

• Manage a consistenthigh volumeflow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.

• Developpipelineofcandidates asdeterminedby market needs and business strategies.

• Track goalsmetricsand performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results.

• Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Regularly connects with new hires to ensure a great candidate experience translates

• Performs other related duties asrequiredand assigned.
