Mobile Crisis Care Coordinator

About the Job Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Mobile Crisis Care Coordinator to provide short‑term crisis intervention to youth, families, and adults experiencing an emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric crisis both over the phone and face‑to‑face in the community. The Mobile Crisis Care Coordinator will work closely with law enforcement, schools, and other medical providers to stabilize acute or crisis situations and connect individuals with continuing mental‑health services based on their needs, strengths, and preferences. Responsibilities Provide short‑term crisis intervention to youth, families, and adults via phone and face‑to‑face in the community. Collaborate with law enforcement, schools, and medical providers to stabilize acute or crisis situations and connect individuals to continuing mental‑health services. Schedule The typical hours for this position are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. The position also requires holiday coverage at Alex’s Place and occasional weekend shifts. Location Sioux Center, IA; Sheldon, IA; or Rock Rapids, IA. Pay Range $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in a human services field with 1+ year of experience. A certified peer support specialist (or willingness to obtain one) with 1+ year of experience. A law enforcement officer with 2+ years of experience. An EMT with 2+ years of experience. An RN with 1+ year of experience. Additional Qualifications 40 hours of crisis response training or willingness to attain it. Frequent travel is required; a valid driver’s license is required.
