WHAT YOU'LL OWN

THE WHEEL
Full P&L ownership of Carlock Nissan of Tupelo — sales, service, parts,
and F&I. This is your store to build.

THE TEAM
Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team that competes to win,
every day.

THE GROWTH
Set the strategy, drive the numbers, and be the leader who takes this store
to the next level.

THE CULTURE
Build a dealership experience customers rave about and employees are proud
to be part of.

THE PARTNERSHIP
Work hand-in-hand with Carlock's in-house marketing agency, AutoMinds, to
fuel local demand and brand presence.

THE STANDARD
Keep operations sharp, compliant, and aligned with Nissan's brand
excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5+ years of dealership GM or GSM experience — Nissan or import brand
experience is a big plus
- A track record of driving profitability and crushing targets
- Command of dealership financials, fixed ops, and variable ops
- F&I expertise and a compliance-first mindset
- The kind of leadership presence that makes people want to follow you
