Customer Service & HospitalityGreet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude; ask if the customer will be using McDonald’s App, and use customer names when applicableThank each customer and ensure a welcoming experienceAssist customers with ordering, suggestive selling, and provide accurate serviceRespond quickly and professionally to customer needs and concernsMaintain strong customer awareness at all timesWork with demanding customers.Deliver service aligned with company hospitality standards (VOICE goals and customer satisfaction)2. Job Performance & OperationsPrepare and serve McDonald’s food products according to company standardsFollow all procedures for cooking, cashiering, food preparation, and cleaningDemonstrate urgency, energy, and efficiency during all shiftsFollow all company policies, including cash handling and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentReact quickly and efficiently to customer needs and operational demands6. Quality, Safety & ProfitabilityFollow food safety and quality standards using approved systems (timers, production tools)Prepare products accurately with correct portions and ingredientsMinimize waste and follow proper food handling proceduresUse proper portion control for condiments and ingredientsMaintain clean and hazard-free work areas at all timesOperate all equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures and intended use7.
