A reputable skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Glens Falls area is seeking a dedicated NP to oversee post-acute and long-term care residents. This opportunity offers complete schedule flexibility, making it ideal for supplementing your current workload.

The Opportunity

Clinical Scope: Provide routine clinical management, acute illness evaluations, post-admission physicals, and discharge planning for post-acute rehab and long-term care residents.
Schedule & Hours: 12 to 14 hours per week . Highly adaptable daytime scheduling options.
Compensation: $60,000 $62,000 per year (pro-rated based on exact weekly commitment).
Setting: Sub-acute Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Candidate Requirements

Degree & Certification: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or DNP; Board Certified as an AGNP, FNP, or ANP.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered New York State Nurse Practitioner License & Prescriptive Authority.
Experience: Prior NP experience in geriatrics, sub-acute rehab, internal medicine, or primary care preferred.
