Overview
Registered Nurse, Adolescent Behavioral Health Inpatient — Lewiston, ME. Start 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,046-$2,071. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Travel temporary assignment in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health unit serving ages 6-18 with primary diagnoses including major depression and ADD/ADHD.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team on an inpatient adolescent behavioral health unit.
- Administer prescribed medications and provide patient and family education about treatment plans and safety.
- Document care on a daily basis and monitor patient condition, behaviors, and response to treatment; escalate concerns per policy.
- Lead and participate in education groups; contribute to treatment plans and behavioral health interventions.
- Support the safety of patients and staff, applying de-escalation techniques and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Valid State of Maine RN license required.
- BLS certification required.
- CPI trained.
- 1 year minimum nursing experience required; 1-3 years preferred; experience with adults preferred.
- Ability to work in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting; willingness to float to Chemical Dependency/Detox.
- Maine residency geographic requirement: Maine residents must reside outside a 50-mile radius.
- Candidates with licensure background hits will not be considered.
