The ideal candidate will provide specialized wound management, ostomy care, and patient education while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with wounds, ostomies, and related skin conditions
• Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
• Perform dressing changes and wound evaluations
• Educate patients and families on wound and ostomy care management
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and compliance with facility protocols
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
