What You'll Do:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must upload with your profile)
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care or ICU experience (preferred)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
