Mercyhealth System is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our collaborative and growing eye care team serving McHenry and Algonquin, Illinois. Salary Range:

$425,000 - $500,000 Full-Time Position Flexible scheduling Shared office call (weekly rotation with another Ophthalmologist) EPIC EMR systemwide Strong built-in referral network from Mercyhealth primary care and specialty providers Hospital-based surgical access Advanced in-office laser and minor procedure capabilities 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (PSLF eligible) Departmental Scope:

MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology Completion of accredited Ophthalmology residency Eligible for Illinois medical licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:

$425,000 - $500,000 Productivity and Quality incentives
