Store AssociateBlue Seal Retail, LLC, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE™ family of companies, is seeking a Store Associate to join our team in Litchfield, CT. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment serving the local farming, pet, and home communities. Weekend availability is required. Team members also enjoy a generous employee discount on Blue Seal Farm & Home products.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer ServiceProcessing customer transactionsLoading customer purchasesLoad customers correctlyMerchandising and maintaining store standardsAccurate inventory managementStock products and maintain store cleanlinessProcess cash out procedure when necessaryOther duties may be assigned by Store Manager as necessaryEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Retail or customer service experience helps but not necessaryAbility to work with general direction and minimal guidanceGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and physicalEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
