Medical Account Specialist II - Oncology - Fresno, CA

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Regeneron seeks an Oncology Account Specialist II based in the Fresno, CA region to engage healthcare providers treating NSCLC and NMSC patients across assigned accounts. The role involves delivering clinical messages, building provider relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical promotion regulations.

Responsibilities

Engage oncology specialists and key experts to deliver clinical messages and grow brand share
Facilitate collaboration with regional directors, account specialists, and reimbursement teams to address customer needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare delivery influencers
Execute market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare systems, payers, and competitive dynamics
Identify business opportunities and coordinate Regeneron oncology account team efforts for contracting and revenue growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
Minimum 3 years successful oncology sales experience, preferably NSCLC and/or NMSC
Buy and bill experience with biologics required
3+ years engaging NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions
Current account management experience with large oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks
Strong understanding of NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace
Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories; must reside in greater Fresno, CA region
