Evaluate & Refine: Review proposed contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are robust, acceptable, and protect the organization's interests. Collaborate as a Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contracting principals, internal departments, and external parties to ensure seamless compliance and swift issue resolution. Standardize & Innovate: Utilize approved model templates to efficiently develop contracts, and actively design new, optimized templates for leadership approval. Manage Data: Oversee the integrity of our contract database, ensuring all critical contract data is accurately updated and maintained. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Core Experience: Background in contract management, with a preference for 3 or more years of hands‑on experience. Education/Certification: A Paralegal certificate or background is a strong plus. Technical Savvy: Familiarity with contract databases and daily proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign is highly preferred.
