What You’ll Do

1. Respond quickly and professionally to incoming buyer inquiries.
2. Build relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional communication.
3. Conduct buyer consultations and develop customized home search strategies.
4. Show homes and guide buyers through every step of the purchasing process.
5. Host open houses and assist with listing opportunities.
6. Negotiate contracts while providing outstanding client service.
7. Maintain accurate communication and follow-up within our CRM.
8. Continue developing your skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

1. Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
2. Sales experience preferred but not required
3. Reliable transportation
4. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
5. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Compensation

$50,000 - $200,000+ annually

This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential based on your performance.
