Our organization is excited to invite new graduate Nurse Practitioners to become part of our engaging Family Medicine Residency Program for the 2027 Cohorts, starting in April and July.

This program presents a distinctive chance for recent graduates to acquire essential clinical experience within a nurturing environment. Selected individuals will receive mentorship and support from a seasoned team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and guidance to enhance their clinical skills in Family Medicine .

Through practical experience and mentorship, candidates will cultivate the abilities necessary to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while gaining a thorough understanding of the principles and practices of Family Medicine within a residency framework.

The ideal applicant will exhibit a strong dedication to Family Medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care. We particularly value candidates with strong connections to the Sacramento area and its surrounding communities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of a graduate-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program that aligns with California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) standards.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California by the month preceding the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent graduates of Nurse Practitioner programs are preferred.
