Literacy Director: Coaching & Curriculum Lead

KIPP Memphis is seeking a Literacy Director to lead literacy and ELA across campuses. This role sets a vision for rigorous reading and writing instruction, builds capacity among teachers and leaders, and ensures curriculum, data, and interventions accelerate literacy outcomes.

The role collaborates with the academics team to ensure access to excellent English instruction and closes literacy gaps across KIPP Memphis campuses.
