Behavioral Health Technician

We are looking for passionate, playful, and relationship-focused individuals to join our growing team as DIR/Floortime Therapists (Players)! If you love connecting with children through play and believe that meaningful relationships are the foundation for growth, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Build warm, trusting relationships with children through child‑led play. Implement DIR/Floortime strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, social engagement, and developmental growth. Follow each child's interests to create meaningful interactions and expand circles of communication. Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support treatment goals. Document session notes and progress. Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences preferred. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Occupational Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology, Social Work, or a related field preferred. DIR/Floortime training is a plus. We welcome candidates interested in pursuing certification. Energetic, creative, playful, and able to think outside the box. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
