Job Title: OR RN – Operating Room Location: Independence, MO Setting: Hospital Pay Range: $80.00 per hour (Weekly Pay: Discuss with Recruiter) Schedule: 40 hours per week, 07:00–17:00 (10-Hour Days) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available Responsibilities Deliver specialized RN care in the OR across acute and subacute patient needs, supporting safe perioperative practice. Work closely with a multidisciplinary surgical team to provide comprehensive, compassionate patient care while monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and documenting outcomes. Advocate for the best possible patient experience by supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care using standard clinical workflow and teamwork.
