If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to "Make the Difference" by building a lasting positive impact on the planet and communities everywhere, join us at CS Power Systems—where your talent can help shape the clean energy revolution.Production Management:Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Monitor production lines and adjust schedules and workflows to meet production targets.Ensure that production processes are operating within established quality and safety standards.Ensure meeting daily KPI.Responsible for the overall shop floor according to area/section assigned.Ensure all assigned production employees undergo required training and perform their job accordingly.Ensure to report daily achievement and issue to managementResponsible for shop floor stock accuracy.Process Optimization:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality.Quality Assurance:Monitor and maintain product quality through regular inspections and testing.Investigate and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.Collaborate with process and equipment teams to address complex problems and implement solutions.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.Safety and Compliance:Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Develop and enforce safety procedures and training programs for production staff.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including process changes, equipment checklist, and quality control.Prepare and present reports on production performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.Document and communicate best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Team Collaboration and Training:Work closely with production staff, engineers, and other departments to achieve production goals.Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.1-3 years’ Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role within a high tech. manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control practices.Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and production management.Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MES, SPC).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management.Experience in Solar cell manufacturing is a plus.Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the production sector.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.Working Conditions:Standard office environment with frequent visits to the manufacturing floor.May require occasional travel to other facilities or vendor locations.May involve working with machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.#CSPowerSystems #J-18808-Ljbffr Mesquite Modules Corporation
