Job Title: Dietitian (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: Fulton State Hospital - Missouri

Duration: 6 months to 1 year (possibility of extension)

Job Overview:
Fulton State Hospital is seeking qualified Registered and Licensed Dietitians in the state of Missouri to join our healthcare team. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions , offering flexible work hours. This role will focus on providing nutritional care and guidance to patients, ensuring their dietary needs are met in accordance with medical and nutritional best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans.
• Provide dietary counseling and education to patients and staff.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal nutritional care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal dietary regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the state of Missouri.
• Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week (flexible hours).
• Part-Time Position: 20 hours per week (flexible hours).
• Orientation includes four days of New Employee Orientation (NEO) .
• Interviews will be conducted via phone or in-person .
