Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired

- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct instruction to students with visual impairments, both individually and in small groups
- Assess students’ needs and develop instructional materials and strategies appropriate for visual impairments
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to ensure accessibility and inclusion
- Support students in developing skills for academic success and independence
- Train school staff and families on best practices and use of adaptive technology
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and ongoing professional development
