Steel Fitter/Welder - Day Shift

In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and assembling various steel structures according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Measure, cut, and fit steel components according to specifications
• Align and weld steel components to create structural assemblies
• Verify measurements and alignments using precision measuring tools
• Install miscellaneous steel items such as stairs, handrails, and support structures
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the fitting process
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with other trades and team members on project requirements
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
