Position SummaryThe Cell Lead works under general supervision to lead and support an assigned team based on established business strategies to ensure continual improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policy. The Cell Lead provides hands-on support, resolves issues, and drives continuous improvement to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with standardized processes, quality requirements, and production schedules to meet daily goals.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Lead daily operations of an assigned cell, ensuring team members follow standardized processes for product configuration, testing, and packaging to meet customer specifications and production requirements.Monitor team performance and production output to ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and production schedules are consistently achieved.Provide hands-on support, coaching, and training to team members to ensure proper execution of tasks and adherence to quality, safety, and process requirements.Verify product quality throughout all stages of the process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and supporting resolution of defects or issues.Coordinate workflow within the cell, including prioritizing work, addressing bottlenecks, and maintaining efficient material and product flow to support on-time delivery.Maintain accurate production and quality records and ensure required documentation is completed in accordance with company and ISO standards.Partner with the Supervisor and Technical Lead to support operational objectives, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process updates to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.Other ResponsibilitiesFollow company-wide safety programs, 6.S. initiatives, and ISO procedures.Provide consistent, high-quality output to ensure customer satisfaction and create value to exceed customer expectations.Regular and reliable attendance is required to accomplish the essential functions of the job.Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry best practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and visiting other manufacturing facilities as needed.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent, applicable education, and experience are required.Minimum 2 years of experience in material movement, general inspection, assembly, and production required.Knowledge/experience with ISO 9001/2000 standards preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with all levels of personnelManage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.Utilize critical thinking to propose creative solutions to complex problems.Prioritize workload to consistently meet production requirements.Intermediate PC skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
