Description
Physician Care Centers is looking for a Live Agent to join our dedicated team in Palm Springs. This full-time, remote position offers a fantastic opportunity to support our healthcare services by providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our patients.
As a Live Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient satisfaction by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. This position is essential in maintaining our commitment to high-quality patient care and will involve working closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
We offer a competitive salary range of $19 - $25 hourly, along with a supportive work environment that promotes career growth and development in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding services and procedures
- Assist patients in navigating our online systems and resources
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely responses to patient needs
- Document interactions and maintain accurate patient records
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting
