The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping software, forklift operation, and inventory control. You\'ll also communicate with customer service and other departments to ensure all shipments and receipts are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Pick, package, and prepare products for shipment Ensure shipments are properly labeled and ready for domestic/international delivery Prepare bill of ladings and waybills Process shipments and receipts using SAP, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager Accurately receive incoming deliveries and distribute to appropriate departments Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping/receiving area Operate forklifts safely after proper certification (Raymond, Counter Balance, Turret Lift) Replenish inventory and reduce partial boxes when possible Assist with cycle counts and inventory management Use wireless scanners to process and track orders Communicate with customer service, purchasing, and freight partners Work independently with minimal supervision Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
