Senior Sales Consultant, (North Indianapolis) Sports Medicine - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Sales Consultant for the North Indianapolis sports medicine territory. The role involves building surgeon and hospital relationships, driving product sales for orthopedic devices, and supporting clinical cases in operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop surgeon-specific sales strategies to grow business
• Drive product sales for assigned orthopedic devices and demonstrate proper utilization to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, and hospital stakeholders; provide case coverage support
• Educate surgical teams through in-services and workshops; serve as problem solver for customer needs
• Manage competitive threats, promote strategic products, and maintain balanced product sales mix in territory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years professional experience, or Associate degree/medical certification plus 5+ years experience
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel including weekends and overnight trips
• Capacity to work in operating room and laboratory environments
• Strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Results-oriented with data analysis skills and ability to work independently
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to North Indianapolis territory
