Registered Nurse, Emergency Dept

Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, Texas is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. In this role, you will provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to stabilize and treat patients, administer medications and IV therapies, and operate emergency equipment. RNs support a patient-first culture through clear communication, education, and compassionate care, while following strict safety, quality, and infection control standards.
