Coronary Regional Sales Director in Birmingham/Nashville/New Orleans

Abbott Vascular seeks a Coronary Regional Sales Director to lead sales operations across Birmingham, Nashville, or New Orleans. The role involves managing a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists to drive profitable growth and achieve revenue targets for the coronary device portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and PCIO Territory Managers
Drive profitable growth and market share expansion across coronary product portfolio
Develop commercial sales strategies aligned with marketing objectives and execute sales plans
Manage customer relationships including targeting, contracting, pricing, and clinical support
Conduct regular performance reviews and establish individual development plans for team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
5-7+ years of related work experience
50% travel capability within assigned region
Medical device industry sales management experience preferred
Strong coaching and performance management skills
Knowledge of contracting and account management

Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
