Patient ratios may vary from 1:1 to 3:1. Number of beds in the unit varies. Equipment used includes electronic health records. Team supervision and collaboration are essential. Ideal candidates will display a strong commitment to patient care. The role involves potential floating within a certain radius of the facility. Candidates should be adaptable to different patient populations. Personality fit is important for team dynamics. Dress code includes scrubs of any color with guidelines on unacceptable attire.
