*Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a PRN "as needed" Dentist with the passion and skills to deliver high quality healthcare. *

We have been providing primary healthcare to residents since 2008. Today, you will join a healthcare organization and a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to more than 5,500 patients. *We have high expectations for you as a Dentist. We need you to:*

* Provides comprehensive coordinated and team-based care preventive dental services to ethnically diverse patient populations across the lifespan. Is responsible for scheduling and collecting financial data and fee collection for clients and patients accessing services at the clinic.
* Records patient-dentist transactions as they occur in the patient’s dental record so that the dental record accurately and completely reflects the nature of the contact, the condition of the patient and the care or treatment provided.
* Provides clinical supervision for Dental Assistants and other health professionals requiring formal and informal dental oversight according to the Colorado Dental Board Rules and Regulations.
* Assists in the provision of technical assistance and health education to the community as requested.
* *Education:* Successful completion of a Dental School program including residency.
* *Experience:* Experience in dealing with medically underserved populations. Experience with Electronic Dental Records required; experience with Dentrix and eCW preferred. Two years post-graduate practice experience preferred.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this *PRN or “as needed” position located in Moffat and Routt Counties *is *$70.02-$103.99* and is eligible for our 403(b) Retirement Plan. _EOE_
