Description Prepare accurate estimates for multiple retail and commercial projects simultaneously Manage 3-4 active estimates at a time with project values ranging from $1M-$5M Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for completeness Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel Collaborate directly with internal teams and leadership during preconstruction Support a fast‑paced bid environment with typical project durations of ~3 months Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
