Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health Unit

Responsibilities Nurse Manager-Behavioral Health Unit This full-time opportunity at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center offers 40 hours per week, full benefits, and a salaried, day shift schedule in the Behavioral Health Unit. We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Nurse Manager Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the hospital’s Behavioral Health department, including overall delivery and quality of patient care. This manager will assist with developing and implementing performance initiatives, ensuring optimal patient safety outcomes, as well as state and regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing daily work activities, ensuring quality, productivity and efficiency while assisting in accomplishing strategic and operational objectives.
