Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Mid-Atlantic Data Center/Mission Critical Technical Team Lead, we'll count on you to build and lead a team of technical experts in data center design, support project delivery, and assist with marketing activities and pursuits with key clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) market sector. This role will help drive the success of our practice with leadership in the following areas:

• Technical Team Building and Leadership
• Project Management and Project Production
• Area Leadership
• Marketing and Client Relations

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's degree 10-15 years of experiencing designing, delivering, and managing large, complex data center/mission critical projects. A licensed professional engineer with a background in mechanical, electrical, or structural design, or a project manager with PMP certification. Local to the Northern Virginia area. Active in industry and business associations / organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 7 years experience Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role Strong communication and listening skills Ability to handle multiple assignments Good leadership and organizational skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
