Family Support Specialist: Early Childhood Wellness
DuPage County Health Department
DuPage County Health Department seeks a Family Support Specialist for the Healthy Families Program. You will build relationships with first-time parents, conduct weekly home visits, and support healthy child development. You will perform developmental, depression and substance use screenings, provide referrals to supportive services, and document assessments.
