No In-house Security Yes # patients per day 80-90 Ratios 1 to 4 Required Certifications ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALs or ENTC Common diagnoses/Types of patients Traums, Stroke, Spesis, CHF, Cardiac Experience or 'Must have' skills 2 years experience in ED ED Physicians/Mid-Levels Both Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Both Nurse Aids/Paramedics/Patient sitters Each EMR Paragon RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Does RT do ABG's, breathing tx, EGS's? Resp completes Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? No MT, RN must know ECG rythms X-Ray or CT in the ER? Transport? Next to ED Phlebotomy or nurse draw Tech or RN draws Shifts & Scheduling Self scheduling DAYs, Nights, 9-9, 11-11, 1-1, 3-3 Weekend Requirement Every other Holiday Requirement Every other Is there a call or standby requirement?
