Key Responsibilities: * Lead and co-manage a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals alongside a hospital manager, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. * Develop and implement strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. * Oversee clinical operations to ensure optimal patient care, quality standards, and efficiency. * Work closely with hospital manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Implement and optimize processes to increase productivity and streamline workflow. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice policies. * Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve practice performance.
